Hi Oli, superb Pike, and nice release. I read your other post about from the 4th of Jan. It's great that an angling club is trying to aid the recovery of the water by clearing away all that mess and fair play to you and your mates trying to fish under those conditions.
Thank you very much for all your comments. I try to update the blog as often as i can, so keep coming back for the latest posts. Don't forget that you can 'Follow' us by using the link in the side bar.
Please feel free to leave a back link to your sites or blogs (if you have any) as i am always keen to read how other anglers are doing.
Follow the adventures of Oli, and his angling apprentice Mick, as they embark on their mission to catch Britain's most feared freshwater predator - The Pike(Latin name Esox lucius).
Succeed or fail, we'll report back to this blog with the bait, tackle and tactics that we used, as well as the venues on which we wet our lines.......
Nice pike, could of done with a bit more time held in the water though, seemed to struggle a bit going down.
